Shipping and returns

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Tracking details are sent to the checkout email when the carrier scan is available.

Returns

Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be returned with original accessories and packaging when possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact support with photos and the order number so we can review the issue.
